I agree that thumbtack is a complete waste of time. They keep sending you jobs to quote but, want to charge you to send it out. I have only once been contacted by a "customer" who complained that my quote was too high($250). She asked for a 2 hour session and changed it to 15 minutes including travel time in her response. Like anyone can do a shoot in 15 minutes. I apologized for the misunderstanding and offered her a free shoot. No one ever got back to me.
