Hey all, A couple months ago I ordered a polarizing filter and used it for a hiking trip in the mountains. It worked great, but I forgot to take it off and absentmindedly continued to shoot with it for at least a couple months. This might sound silly, but I even absentmindedly rotated the arrow to line up - not thinking, like I said.Well... I've gotten used to shooting with it, and I actually learned to prefer using it almost all the time now. I find that I really like the clarity, glare reduction, and slight reduction in brightness in full daylight. I actually only took it off to shoot photos of a rainbow recently, and that's when I thought about how I've gotten so comfortable with it.Anyone else here does this? Or do you have another filter that's always on (that's not your standard UV filter/lens protector)? via /r/photography http://ift.tt/2f62n5X
