Should I use factory calibration or Spyder colorimeter calibration?

My LG 27UD69P is factory calibrated with a certificate. I just did a calibration with a Spyder4Elite and it's quite a bit warmer and dimmer than factory. The factory used the same 6500k color temperature in the calibration.I'm guessing the Spyder calibration would look best to match prints. However, my goal is to have my photography look best on a wide range of devices. It seems that more people's monitors would have the cooler profile that matches the factory calibration.I'm thinking about leaving the factory calibration. What would be your choice?Edit: Also how do I know if my budget calibrator is the gold standard? Maybe it's not as accurate as the factory calibrator?Edit x2: http://ift.tt/2wS9ntk found this review that tested the Spyder3Elite. It found moderate variability amongst 12 copies tested. It had subpar performance in comparison with a laboratory grade colorimeter. I'm going to think the manufacturer has a much higher grade colorimeter than a $100 one. I'm going to be reverting my calibration back to factory. via /r/photography http://ift.tt/2wSLHDt
