Arsenal the Intelligent Camera Assistant a big failure

The long awaited camera asssitant has now shipped to thousands of Kickstarter backers and the concensus is it was not worth the months delay i shipping. It seems they focused on making it work on Canon and Nikon yet they promised other makes of cameras would be supported at rollout. I am a Fuji user and like all of the Fuji users who backed the project I was shipped a unit that does not work on my camera. If you are a Canon or Nikon user you might consider it but so far I have not seen anything done with it that you can't do with other devices that are more proven than Arsenal. In contacting support they don't seem to care that the unit I was shipped and other Fuji users also does not work at all. They are still selling it on thier website but I would not bother buying it until it is more proven, IF That ever happens. Its a shame that they chose to not be upfront on the issues. via /r/photography https://ift.tt/2MIHJ7z
