How can I achieve that paintery look, as shown in by this photographer?

I was originally looking to post this in r/photoshop, but it seems like its mostly going to be about photoshop help.Anyways, I'm very intrigued by the way her photos came out, looking both like a painting and a photo at the same time. I know alot of it plays into her costumes, backdrop, lighting and photoshop, but does anyone know if there are any tutorials out there that can provide a similar example?I do know she has a RGG Edu tutorial, but having used their tutorials, I'm skeptical, since it wasn't missed out some tutorials I was hoping could be covered in other tutorials (some photographers might be hesitant to release their lighting techniques, etc.)https://ift.tt/2GzCpAR via /r/photography https://ift.tt/2MKUPBm
