How much is a fair amount to charge?

I'm a going to officially be a high school senior on Wednesday and I'm already had 3 people come up to me asking for me to do their senior portraits. I did 2 people's senior portraits and 1 personal shoot last year, but it was just a "pay what you want I'm fine with whatever" sort of thing so the prices varied from $50, $20, and $30. I've been taking this hobby more seriously for the past maybe year and a half, and was thinking about making it a career (like photojournalism since I feel just freelance portrait stuff would be a bit more difficult in the long-run). I'm also taking an advance photography class this year, and 6 of 12 of my photos I entered into the county fair this summer places first in their categories (2 others got second and one got 3rd) so I'm guessing my photos aren't that bad.I just really want to have one consistent rate so no one gets mad that they paid more than someone else. No one has gotten mad yet, but I figured it'd probably best to stop an issue before it happens.I don't want to feel like I'm scamming someone, but I also don't want to feel like I'm underselling myself...(Sorry if some information seems unnecessary, I just felt it'd probably be important to let you know my level of experience since that's probably really important for determining how much it's worth.) via /r/photography https://ift.tt/2OwxxQ5
