How to ghost mannequin a head band? [product photography]

I come from video production and I'm a bit nervous for my first product photo for a friend. It's going to be a sports head band and I need it to have the product show as if it has a form of someone wearing it without seeing a person in it.Doing it for clothes like a shirt, I can make sense of the process from what I've seen in tutorials but a head band, yikes. Any tips?Ideally I'd like to make it work more within the still than in post. I can definitely do photoshop and I want the best results.Example:https://ift.tt/2MB6SFn how you can see the inside of the production as well, which will be important since it's a different fabric and color of the product I'm doing. I'd like to avoid having to take a photo of a person, then in photoshop transforming a photo of the inside of the band to make it look natural after cutting out the person. If I have to, I have to but I'd like to avoid that if it's not what would be typically done because the inside is mesh and I don't want to go down a post rabbit hole if I don't have to. I hope that makes sense. Thanks via /r/photography https://ift.tt/2LzPeMy
