How would this sub feel about a monthly workshop of sorts?

I lurk quite a bit on this sub, but I was tossing around this idea in my head. Granted, I don't know if this would be better suited for a different sub or how long this would even last, but what if we did a "workshop" once a month where we focused on one thing, like food or street or lighting? There's almost 700k subscribers here, I'd imagine we could find some people that'd be willing to share some information and general tips for anyone that's interested.This still needs some more thought to it, but that's the basic idea.
