Hello! I’m using a Leica DG Macro-Elmarit 2.8 45mm and it works fine, but I’ve been trying to get it to work with my extension tubes but I’m having issues. Yesterday it was working fine with the 16mm and 10mm tunes together but today I can only attach one before the camera makes three clicks and a message appears saying “lens attachment failed”. They do have contacts so I don’t know what could be the problem. I’m a little worried these tubes have scratched the contacts of my macro lens as there appears to be a faint line across them.
