Camera in question: DSC-RX100 IVHey there. For a while now, I've been photographing with my phone, but even if I go for phones with good cameras. they always seem to lack the detail and "crispness" I expect from quality photographs. So I thought about buying a compact camera for special occasions (field trips, festivals, ...) and informed myself about the options and available models in my region. I found one that I really like and reviews say it is one of the best compact cameras out there. It is a bit out of the price range I would like to spend, but I could see myself buying it, if it is as good as I am told.(tl;dr) Question is: Any flaws I (or others) have overlooked about this camera? Is it as good as I am told and would you recommend this camera? Do you know alternatives?I know a bit about the technical aspects of a camera but I am not comfortable with the in-depth stuff.I don't expect fledged out reviews from you, just some opinions from people who deal with this stuff on a regular basis. Thanks :D via /r/photography https://ift.tt/2vJqInq
