Going to London

In about a month from now I'll be going to London. It will be my first trip to this great capital. I will be going with my daughter (20 years old), and I would like to get some hints on, where to get some good shots - preferable apart from the usual tourist spots! My equipment is a Nikon D80 (the old manual one), with a Nikkor AF-S 50mm f/1.8G Lens. And as a reserve I'm bringing a Sony DSC-HX60V. I've got a Tamron AF 18-200mm lens as well, but I'm not satisfied with the quality of the Photos of that one. We've got 3 days so time is limited, but I would like to catch some of the British/Londonion everyday spirit. (We have a rental car to get us around).Sorry for my bad spelling.
