London photographers - any restrictions on photographing clients with a cityscape background?

Trying to find interesting locations for outdoor headshots, was wondering if there are any restrictions I should think about? Say for example shooting with the Leadenhall building behind them, can I do that, or should I try to just bokeh the whole city backdrop into oblivion?Thanks! via /r/photography https://ift.tt/2Nk2J3V
