Need advice on Corporate photosoot

Hello everyone!​So.. today I got asked by our current mayor, to do portrait session for him and his team for coming elections in November. They need 16 portraits and 5 group shots. He is very simple, so he wants simple shots. Like natural and not in studio and without make up.The thing is I shoot nature and landscapes. I did a bit of portraiture, but never in this way.
