I don’t yet have the D3500, but I’m getting prepared for its arrival. I’m concerned about transferring my photos to my MacBook Air and iPad.I’m pretty sure my MacBook has an SD card slot. I’m a bit concerned because I don’t have much storage space on my MacBook. I do have a lot of iCloud storage, which is where I think I’ll be storing most of my photos.I know the D3500 has WiFi connectivity. Will I be able to transfer photos directly to my iPad or iPhone via the WiFi connection? Ironically, I have a lot more storage capabilities on my iPhone and iPad. While I know they’ll be going to the cloud anyway, I want to make sure I’m not going to run into issues when I initially load photos to my MacBook before sending them to the cloud. Also, I currently use iPhoto for my photo library. Since I’m stepping up my camera game from an iPhone to an actual camera, should I consider other software for storing, organizing, and managing my photos? Finally, since I’ve been strictly an “iPhone photographer” and therefore do my editing with various apps, should I consider investing in a full featured photo editing application (e.g. photoshop). via /r/photography https://ift.tt/2rAfMFW
