Framing a rather large print, and quite lost.

My brother gifted me a very large print of the Minneapolis skyline, coming in at 36x24. I'm not sure how best to frame it, and after skimming a dozen articles and many posts here on best practices for mat and frame color/width, I'm comfortable saying that I'm more lost than when I started.I have a modern/industrial loft with high ceilings, white walls, a lot of stainless steel and concrete.
