My Firefly 6S caught fire, GearBest won't refund and deleted my review!!

Yesterday while charging the camera it caught fire, luckily I was home at the moment it happened otherwise the damage would've been way worse (Had I been charging it overnight then the camera could've burned me and my house down!!) . After this incident I contacted GearBest and they refused to give me my money back as this wasn't covered under warranty. This really shows that GearBest doesn't care about it's customers.
