We are excited to host Nicole Frugé, Director of Photography for the San Francisco Chronicle, for an AMA here in /r/photography on Wednesday, March 13th at 2:30pm Eastern time.Nicole Frugé became the Director of Photography for the San Francisco Chronicle in 2016. She was just named Jim Gordon Editor of the Year by the National Press Photographers Association.The Chronicle's "150 Minutes of Hell" took first place in the Pictures of the Year International's Online News & Issue Reporting — Visual Editing category, beating out National Geographic's face transplant story. In the National Press Photographers Best of Photojournalism contest, Nicole and her team took home first place (nationwide) in the Sports Story Picture Editing category for their work on the Warriors championship run. And Nicole was singled out for second place in the Magazine Cover category in the National Press Photographers Best of Photojournalism contest for the Year in Pictures magazine.We are very much looking forward to Nicole sharing her experiences and answering questions.
