What Marketing Tool do you guys use? Did it come out positive or negative ROI?

New to professional, not to the game. Been into the photography scene for 7 years but recently decided to go full time. My #1 problem is not doing enough research and thinking. Ended up wasting a lot of money on WeddingWire, Thumbtack, and other useless ads.Can any of y’all share methods that worked?
