Why don’t people shoot with the lowest iso possible?

I understand for long exposures, night photography and sports. I’m more specifically talking about when people use like 1/2000 iso 800 in broad daylight. Why would they not use something like 1/250 iso 100. via /r/photography https://ift.tt/2H1DW61
