Beware of Havenly hiring scam

Just wanted to toss this on Reddit in case anyone else runs into the situation I did this morning. Havenly, an online interior design outfit, is currently legitimately hiring photographers to shoot rooms they've designed in major cities such as NYC, LA, San Francisco, Boston, and DC. However there's a "recruiter" going around interviewing in smaller market cities for positions that don't exist and trying to send money for you to "purchase all required equipment"... including a tabletop product photography setup and a 2015 Macbook Pro(?)Just a heads up as it was a very convincing interview process up until they wanted to send me a huge check, sign-on bonus, and told me they were an employee that left the company almost a year ago according to LinkedIn. 1. hahaha Thanks! They just reached out to me like 3 days ago. It seemed too good to be true. Plus the hiring process seemed a bit shady.
