My wife has run a successful youth sports photography business for the past 10 years. She currently contracts with 9 different rec leagues. She is scheduling all of the teams using a spreadsheet and manually notifying the coaches by email in addition to handing out schedules at the games. I am interested in what methods others are using to schedule and send reminders. 7 of the 8 leagues send her team rosters with phone numbers and email addresses before the season starts.
