What are your thoughts on the Galaxy S4 Zoom? Is it a good camera phone?

I can get one for 66$ right now... but i want to think before buying it, my main focus is the 10X optical zoom and the settings in the camera app... I use an Iphone 6S right now... via /r/photography http://bit.ly/2VO4Oh4
