Resisting the urge to delete everything on your social media pages

How do y'all resist the urge to constantly restart your insta, flickr, etc? I always think I'll only post my best work or whatever, but then have something normal I want to post, or post a selfie etc then get an overwhelming urge to delete all my photos and restart.
