Adobe Bridge Time Zone?

I hope this is okay to post here.For some context, I am uploading a lot of my photos to Google Photos as a backup and an easy way to share them with family and friends. Google Photos sorts them chronologically. In the past, it didn't matter much to me what the metadata date was because I would sort by the name in my files. If I had some photos with incorrect dates for some reason (e.g. scanned photos or incorrect date in camera), I would manually sort them in bridge and then give them a name like 2020-02-27_001 so that they would still be in chronological order.Anyway, now that it matters what the metadata date is, I figured out how to use Adobe Bridge to change that. However, it is still wrong because it changes the time to Central time zone and I'm in Eastern, so they are still out of order. Is there a place in Bridge to change the default time zone?
