Feeling creatively stuck, could use some advice

Hey all, I could use some advice on where to go from here. I've been in the industry off and on for about a decade doing various sides. Freelance journalism, portraiture, studio work, ambulance chasing, travel photography, this and that here and there. I feel like every time I start some new type it starts out alright and then just... tapers off. I don't feel like I'm doing anything important with my work, so the story bleeds out of it.I really don't know what to do. Whenever I'm doing something worth photographing I feel like the camera just gets in the way, and then whenever I'm doing something I'd be willing to photograph there's no heart in it. I really don't know where to go from here. via /r/photography https://ift.tt/2PofOgH
