Help with my wedding pictures. We don't know what to do or where to go

Hey guys. I am coming here seeking advice from those of you in the business.TLDR: After we paid our deposit we didn't hear from our photographer untill 4 hours before the wedding (booked about 4 monthes prior) and nothing since.Me and my girlfriend attended her cousin's wedding last summer with an amazing engaging photographer who took great shots and got everything back to the couple very quickly. Proofs in about a week and if I remember correctly finals in a couple weeks.When it comes time to plan our own wedding we booked the same photographer because she seemed great, got some amazing pictures of the attendees as well.She seemed responsive while we were booking her about 4 monthes prior. Asked what package we wanted and where we were going to be. Inquired about special shots or things we specifically wanted. It came time to pay the deposit. We paid half and she vanished. We didn't hear back from her untill 4 hours before the wedding (December 7) when she said she was on her way.She came and was engaged got most of the shots we asked for included the amazing sunset across the snow and then flitted around taking other pictures. We were all ready to pay before she left for the evening but she said she would email us an invoice the next day as we were still at the venue.We emailed when we got home a week later as we still hadn't heard from her. But by that time we already had our photographer friend who just happened to come with his camera send us proofs of the pictures he took before she arrived.We've emailed, texted, Facebooked, and all to no avail. I know editing the pictures takes some time but the complete lack of communication is very concerning. We've got the family asking for pictures, empty frames hanging on the walls and we just don't know what to do.Yes we do have a contract, but only half of the sum has been paid. The contract does not state how long she has to return pictures. But it does state we are to request prints from her as well.What do we do, who do we contact?
