Need Help With Lighting For Video Content

Please point me in the right direction if this isn't the place, but I'm needing help with my current lighting/filming situation.I use.-Fuji XT2-GoPro 7 Black-Aputure AL7-Random desk lampsSome of my previously recorded videos have displayed below average lighting, very shadowey & grainey.
