This is going to be so poorly worded so I apologize in advance hahaha. I am not a professional photographer, I just want some help with the pics I occasionally take on my phone. Basically I grew up using Windows 98 and I want to know of any program for Android or PC/Mac that can make images look accurate and similar to how 8-bit computers generated 256-color BMP images back in the geocities days? I dont want anything "glitchy" or "oldschool" really, just authentically old looking and has that slight rainbow effect if anyone knows what I'm talking about. I just want to edit some photos to add a nostalgic feel, and I read that Photoshop doesn't have a good option to do this. Can anyone help me out? via /r/photography https://ift.tt/3cApYEv
