What's a commercial product shoot like?

I have the opportunity to bid on a commercial product release shoot for a major international conglomerate - I'm used to shooting for small and medium businesses but this job is potentially in another stratosphere. I'm not even sure what it's like on a professional, high end commercial photo shoot.Can anyone enlighten me? Who are even the players on a commercial product shoot like that? An assistant?
