Anyone else completely lose vision once you finally go to shoot?

I’ll always have so much inspiration and ideas in mind, creative vision.But once I finally get a scene setup, gear ready, lighting? Models? I lose that. I don’t know how to pose them, what composition to hit, etc. then end up with only 2-3 stunners out of 200+ photosAnyone else have this problem and any antidotes?
