I work at a small company (less then 10 employees) doing product photography for a body jewelry website. I photograph anything from earrings that are 1mm across to very large pieces of jewelry. I have my BFA in photography but this is the first job I have in the field and the opportunity for full time photography jobs in my town are pretty limited. I love my job but the management has really high expectations and limited knowledge in the field. The pictures need to be shot on perfect white in order to sell on amazon (the attached image is an example of a photo i took for the company) . I usually shoot and edit around 25 images a day. My employer expects me to be outputting 60 images in a 8 hour shift. I am the only employee doing photography. I am not sure if I just do not have the experience and skill to meet this demand or if what she is expecting is unreasonable.https://ift.tt/32o5Pia via /r/photography https://ift.tt/2Fe0zoM
