Hi all - I run a small company as a freelancer which is slowly moving towards an agency model as I use some local folks to work on jobs for me. I'm about to use some photographers on jobs for the first time and wondered what various models are out there that people have seen used for charging. The photographers im using all have hourly rates, so my thoughts are I just add a % on top to cover my time sorting it out (it will be billed through me), charge a day rate and make up the difference or add a flat admin fee on top.
