How can I fix motion blur from bad exposure during shoot in a dim room?

Here is the edited photo I’ve tried to sharpen up. I use Lightroom for editing, I have photoshop as well but I am extremely uneducated in it.I didn’t shoot in RAW :( I just want things to be a bit more crisp. I hate shooting indoors lol via /r/photography https://ift.tt/3ji8Ojq
