Nightclub photography question

Hi reddit! I am a nightclub photographer and when I first started working here I didn't know much about nightclub photography and I began getting paid $50 for 2 hours of taking photos. Now, I live about 30 minute bus away so I leave for work at 10:15 to get there for 11pm. I then work until 1:30am and then my bus comes at 2:05am. I get home and edit my photos as they usually want the photos (around 150 - 250 raw, edited photos) by 12pm the next day.The question I have is , am I getting paid too little for the amount of work that I do?
