Nikon shooters of Reddit, what should Canon shooters know before jumping ship?

The 6D mk II has created much controversy and dissapointment among Canon users. Many feel that there is not a decent budget FF option for them and are tired of waiting for Canon to release the "next big thing".If posts and comments are to be believed, users who were considering upgrading to the 6D mk II are now thinking of switching to other brands. However, as we all know, the grass only appears greener on the other side of the fence. Even though Nikon is making really good equipment, every camera system will have it's quirks and shortcomings. So, Nikon shooters, what are the disadvantages, shortcomings, dissapointments regarding Nikon, you think a Canon shooter should know about before making the jump? What could be a let down for them? Please consider the whole system in your replies. Bodies, cheap primes, expensive zooms, service, everything you may feel that could be done better / differently.*I hope this will remain informative, honest and civilised. We all love one brand or another, but in the end of the day, it is just tools we use to make images. via /r/photography http://ift.tt/2hRJ9BR
