Hello! I need some help on a family photo that was taken back in 2008. The picture looks a bit fuzzy and there seems to be some small horizontal lines from the top to bottom of the picture. It looks like a glitch from the camera.What 3rd party software do you guys know that can help me remove these lines and improve the clarity of the picture?
