Hi there,A few years ago, a past friend and I had a photoshoot. She took photos of me, and we never really used them before. Turns out, I have an album coming out, and I love one of the photos in the series of shots. I asked her once before, on Instagram, and once where I called her about a week ago, and she was very happy to let me use the photos. She, I'm assuming, is still allowing me to use the photos - we had a bit of a disagreement online, but I don't think it is personal. I still want to use these photos, but don't have written proof because she blocked me on one of her accounts. What do I do? I cannot afford a lawyer, but is there any free contracts I can send over to her? I'd be using the photos for posters, media, etc. But I want to make sure that everything is legally OK.ALSO, I wanted to know, do I have any rights here? The photos are of me, so should I not have rights to use them naturally?I'd love any sort of input, thank you! via /r/photography https://ift.tt/3Cwtpti
