I am new to street photography and was taking photos in a sketchy area yesterday. A group of people approached and I got ready to run but it turned out they were really excited that I was taking photos out there and wanted an impromptu photoshoot.I got some cool looking shots and got their permission to post but am afraid that if they were part of a gang, then rival gang members might see these pictures and think I am affiliated with them and target me. My real name and face is associated with my social media. Have photographers been harmed by doing this? Should I post these pictures or pass? via /r/photography https://ift.tt/3zpsEQM
