I'm pretty socially awkward, so I'm unsure why I practice a profession of having to carry on a conversation with someone while trying to tweak their poses and my shot angles all at once. That said, I've soon got some relatively high-profile individuals I'll be photographing in a studio and could use some fresh topics. When you don't know subjects very well, how do you verbally direct them (besides mentioning the weather; their clothes, or diverting i.e. "I'm just taking some test shots")? Any interesting or unique icebreakers that don't result in dead-end answers? via /r/photography https://ift.tt/2LJ4vxU
