"Paying" for property and model release with free photos for posting on stock sites.

So I got this idea. Have been playing around with stock for a while and I've realized that landscapes, squirrels or churches ain't going to generate enough money for a Tesla or complete my gear wishlist:)So I figured I would try to have people agree to be "models" and sign model and property releases if I give them some photos from the session for free. Say a local glass blowing business or something like that. They get the photos to use for free, and I get to use them for stock for free. Like local culture is suppose to be popular at the moment so going around photographing local businesses could produce a lot of photos.Anybody try something like this?
