Is an f1.8 lens on a Full Frame technically a larger aperture than an f1.8 on a micro four thirds?

Since the sensor is bigger and requires a larger lens, isn't the hole for the light larger?If I have a full frame f1.8 lens and adapt it to an MFT body, would it be larger than f1.8 on the MFT? via /r/photography http://ift.tt/2xyDfN3
