My gf's ex is posting tones of photos of her on Flickr and they won't take them down. Help

What can we do to get them to prevent him for posting more pictures of her. They say that is doesn't break any of their rules, but he does not have permission from her to post the images.Sorry if this doesn't belong here, but I'm at a loss.
